Event Production

I directed the planning and execution of over 100 small to mid-size club and multimedia events with capacity ranging from 200 to 2000 attendees. I served as the primary contact for all vendors, equipment rental, stage management, security hires, permitting and even insurance. I managed budgets of up to $30,000 for large-scale events. I directed a 15-member team of production personnel and oversaw activities of all independent sound and lighting contractors. I also actively maintained worldwide artist relations and bookings through a vast network of international talent agencies.
